Booking and Payment

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance.

Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured once payment has been received. Bookings can only be made on this website, and you will have secure access to book and pay online via PayPal.


Classes are not refunded unless I am unable to run the class.

I am very sorry, but I cannot refund the cost of any classes missed due to holiday, illness or any other reason, however, I will do my best to slot you in another day where possible given some notice.

If you withdraw from classes before the term has started, I will refund you the term fee less a 10% charge for administration, but once the term has started no refunds will be given.

Attending classes

If you are unable to attend your booked class, please talk to me. It may be possible for you to transfer to a different day, however, please consult me before doing so as spaces are limited. I cannot guarantee to find you a suitable alternative class.

It is not possible to carry over money from missed classes to the next term unless I am unable to run the class.

Please do not bring a friend, sibling, or child to the class as spaces are limited. I am very sorry, but babies cannot accompany you to the class.

Please ensure that you do not attend the class when suffering from any illness, infectious disease or have symptoms of Covid.


Each class I will take photographs of your work and upload the photos to my Facebook page, however this is completely anonymous. I sometimes use the photos for the purpose of promoting Art for All’s services.

Please inform us immediately if you do not wish me to use such images way, if you do not inform me that you do not wish this, you give me permission to use the photos in our publicity materials and Facebook page.


Please be aware that the classes can get very messy so please dress appropriately! I have a selection of clean aprons, but you may wish to bring your own. Art for All takes no responsibility for damage to clothing.

Complaints procedure

I am committed to providing classes which meet or exceed your expectations enough to recommend Art for All to all your friends. If you are unhappy with anything about the classes, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately. I will always do our best to resolve any problems.


I may need to occasionally change the content of a class. In the event of any change, you will not be refunded as I will be offering a like-for-like alternative.

Allergies and Accidents

Please ensure you have informed me about any allergies or dietary requirements, as refreshments are provided. It is your responsibility to provide this information. Every effort will be made to observe the information provided but this cannot be guaranteed.

Please listen carefully to all safety instructions given in the classes. I will not be liable for any accidents incurred because of failure to abide by safety instructions.


I do not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond my control.


The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is aimed at giving people more control over their personal data.

In order for me to send emails announcing our class schedules, as well as process enquiries and bookings, it is necessary for me to collect and record certain forms of your information, including your name, email address, and telephone number.

By ticking the T&Cs box on the booking page you consent to me doing so. However, you may ask that all of your personal data be removed from my records at any time. I will never share your personal information with any other business or person.
